Recruitment
Candidates classified on the occupation basis will be required to pass preliminary tests based on the analysis and evaluation relating to the job position applied for and will further be invited for an interview. Assessment results of such interview shall be objectively recorded into the interview assessment form. Candidates passing this first stage shall be invited for a second interview attended by the manager of the department where the position applied for is located. Assessment results of such interview shall be again objectively recorded into the interview assessment form. References and curricula vitae of candidates that pass this stage shall investigated and, if the health condition of the most suitable candidate is appropriate for the job position, he will be informed on the work to be performed, pay and other social benefits, with the labor contract concluded, personal record file created and other recruitment procedures completed as a result.

Training
Employees newly hired by Penguen and already working for it will continuously undergo training on quality, occupational knowledge and management until they reach the skills and qualifications indicated on the assessment form. Persons starting work for Penguen are going to undergo orientation training and learn our internal bylaws. It is envisaged that persons joining the Penguen family will thus faster adapt to the technical and social environment of the company. Internal and external training of the employees to improve their business skills, technical knowledge and management qualifications shall be planned on the annual basis. According to this plan, the employees shall be sent for training sessions held inside and outside the company.


Pay Management
Salaries of Penguen employees are revised once every year based on the pay market research, inflation rate and individual performance. Salary scales shall be formed on the basis of factors such as position, education status, experience and command of foreign languages of an employee.
