You can also contact us directly by calling our toll free consumer line at 0 800 293 11 31 (Only available within Turkey).
Messages left by customers calling the toll free consumer line are checked 24 hours a day. The received suggestions and complaints are classified and passed to the related units. Suggestions are discussed at the Quality Executive Council meeting while complaints are researched in details. Feedback is provided to the customer once the complaint has been finalized. |
