How our pickles are manufactured and why they are healthy |
Materials used in pickling are carefully selected, brought to the plant and pass quality control. Especially the short time that passes between harvesting, delivery at the plant and use in the manufacturing is a crucial factor behind the high quality of the products. Modern technologies are implemented in the manufacturing process, which complies with the requirements of hygiene. Each stage of the manufacturing process involves quality control, during which incompliant and low-quality products are dropped out.
Furthermore, storage of the products in hot temperatures leading to loss of quality during storage is prevented. The products ready for shipment are checked before the shipment, which ensures that consumers get reliable and high-quality products on their tables.
Because it is very difficult to satisfy these requirements when pickling at home, loss of quality occurs which shortens the storage period of the product.
