Orange peel, quince and fig. Additionally, there is some work in progress on the lemon peel.

Field of Application;
Ideal for use in pastry, cakes, breakfast flakes as well as ice creams, chocolate, yoghurts and jellies for both aroma and decoration purposes.

Product Features;
Flexibility of manufacturing - Our manufacturing process is variable depending on the customer’s requests.
Aroma - Colorants – - Nature-identical aroma or natural colorants can be added to the product upon request to improve the fruit’s specific properties.
Product structure - The product has a soft structure and can be cut to a required shape.
Brix - The brix ratio may vary depending on the customer’s request. Min. 65-70 brix.
Shelf life - A long shelf life, depending on the conditions of storage (1 year)

Processing Line;
Upon the completion of all related investments, the process and drying lines were completely assembled in 2003. We started the production in 2004 with dried orange peel, quinces and figs currently manufactured into products in line with customer requests and in accordance with drying requirements.
