Our products called fruit preparations, in which the fruit percentage, brix and viscosity depend on the product type, are predominantly used in manufacturing fruity yoghurts and also preferred in manufacturing cookies and ice cream.
Product range;
Preparations of all kinds of products are manufactured as a result of joint R&D projects in the form of puree or grains from fruits such as pear, strawberry, apple, apricot, banana, peach and wild berries depending on the customer’s demand.

Processing Line;
Our fruit preparation line was completed in 2002 and started operation in 2003. Predominantly manufacturing sauces for fruit yoghurts, the line uses technical equipment and is covered by the R&D support of Zentis GmBH, one of European leaders in its field. Manufacturing on the line is based on a considerably advanced technology which uses aseptic filling and CIP (clean in place) systems.
Packaging;
In addition to filling in 800 kg aseptic tanks, plastic/tin buckets of 20-25 kg are also used upon request.
