HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY;

Our Company’s Human Resources Policy is to use the human resources effectively to be a customer oriented company that increasingly pursues its leading position and capacity in the Turkish industry, meets the expectation of its shareholders, values its employees, is open to change, uses its resources effectively as a leader company in its region, is sensitive about occupational health and safety, is compatible with quality standards, develops its technology continuously and takes strength from the creativity of its employees. The goal of our Human Resources Policy is planning the human resource that will ensure carrying out the activities of our company effectively and actively, selecting, hiring and stationing them in service units, developing them, determining their training needs and making plans to meet these and implementing these plans, determining the competencies, performance management and actualizing career planning studies in compliance with scientific methods.

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF OUR HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY;

  • To develop and apply the system about determining the qualifications of the human resource that will ensure the effective and active performing of the activities of our company, selecting them and hiring them,
  • To determine and apply the trainings that aims to gain our personnel the knowledge, skill, attitude and behaviours to catch up with all kinds of development and change in the characteristics of their works, to increase the task satisfaction and to help them become more successful in workplace environment and analysing the results of these trainings for the benefit of the company.
