This Informative Text is prepared and presented by Penguen Gıda Sanayi A. Ş. as Data Controller, at the address of Balkan Mah. Mümin Gençoğlu Cad. No:1 16240 Nilüfer / BURSA, according to the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform.  

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

Your personal data in the category of Identity (Name-Surname), Contact (E-mail, Phone Number, Address), Customer Transaction (Message Content and Subject), is collected from you by our Company by filling out and submitting the communication form on the website of https://www.penguen.com.tr/contact-us/?lang=en which is belong to our Company, will be processed in order to communicate with you about your Requests / Complaints / Opinions / Suggestions and to follow up (Requests and Complaints Follow-up) in accordance with the principles of being in compliance with the  law and good faith, being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, being stored for the period laid down by relevant legislation or the period required for the purpose for which the personal data are processed.  METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL REASON  Your personal data specified in this Informative Text is collected electronically via the https://www.penguen.com.tr/iletisim/ website address of our Company and processed completely or partially automatically in accordance with the legal reason of the explicit consent of the data subject specified in Article 5 of the KVKK. 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA 

Your personal data will be processed for the above mentioned purposes only. Within the conditions specified in Article 8 of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared with institutions and organizations that provide service/support/consultancy or institutions and organizations that collaborated in order to fulfil the matters that cannot be performed by our company and require expertise, and with authorized public institutions and organizations due to the requests of official authorities.  Apart from such matter, your personal data is kept by our Company by taking all kinds of administrative and technical measures regarding data security, and is not shared with third parties or sold.  DELETION, DESTRUCTION OR ANONOYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA   Pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK, although your personal data has been processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, if the reasons for processing are eliminated, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our Company, either ex officio or upon your request. The procedures and principles regarding this matter will be fulfilled in accordance with the KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28.10.2017 and numbered 30224.   Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized within 6 (six) months following the date when our Company’s obligation to delete, destroy or anonymize arises.  YOUR RIGHTS PURSUANT TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW  As a data owner, you have the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK.
