Storage Conditions:

Store in a cool dry place and protect from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.

PEPPER SPREAD WITH AUBERGINE


Ajvar, which is very popular in the Balkan countries and usually made at home, is pepper spread with aubergine. As you cannot get enough of its flavor especially with meat and rice dishes, we recommend it to be spread on bread for breakfast or to be used as meat, meatballs, salads, pasta and pizza sauce or chips sauce.
