PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Your identifying information, contact information, education- competence-professional experience information, health status information, information about the requested job, which you have provided to our Company with your job application, will be processed by our Company in accordance with the principles of being in compliance with the law and good faith, being related, limited and restrained to the purpose of processing, processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purpose, being accurate and up-to-date when needed, being stored for the period laid down by relevant legislation or the period required for the purpose for which the personal data are processed, in order to communicate with you as a candidate personnel, to evaluate your job application and to manage the recruitment processes in general.
METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL REASON
Your personal data specified in this Informative Text is collected physically with the job application form that you can fill in at our Company address, electronically by filling out and submitting the job application form on our website address of https://www.penguen.com.tr/insan-kaynaklar-basvuru-formu/ or by submitting your CV to our Company. The personal data collected from you will be processed according to the legal reasons stipulated in the Article 5 of the Law on Protection of Personal which are “processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, is necessary provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or fulfilment of that contract” and “it is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”. In cases where your explicit consent is required for the processing of your personal data (for example, when evaluating your job application for other positions), your personal data will be processed fully or partially automatically, based on your explicit consent, only for the purposes specified in this Informative Text.

In order to fulfill the purposes of communicating with you as a job applicant, evaluating your application and managing the recruitment processes of applicants in general; the personal data received from you may be transferred with the official authorities (For example; Turkish Employment Agency), within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations in accordance with the principles of being in compliance with the law and good faith, being related, limited and restrained to the purpose of processing, storing for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.
